The process begins with the reception of the family in our private dressing room, where you can prepare in peace. Once on set, we start with an adaptation phase; especially with the youngest, we dedicate the first few minutes to letting them familiarize themselves with the camera and the lighting to avoid the stress of a new environment.
We work with a combination of continuous and strobe lighting, allowing us to adjust the intensity based on the subject's sensitivity. Delivery Times and File Management
At Asterniva, we maintain a strict commitment to delivery times. After the session, the selection gallery is enabled shortly. Once the client has selected their favorite photographs, the final retouching process is completed within a maximum of 10 working days.
Regarding data management, we store the RAW files (digital negatives) for a period of 6 months. After this time, the files are deleted from our servers for space and privacy reasons, unless an extended storage contract has been agreed upon.
What is NOT included in the service
To avoid misunderstandings, we detail the elements that fall outside the standard family session rate:
- Professional makeup and hairstyling (although we provide a dressing room for the client to do so).
- Physical prints, albums, or framing (the service is strictly digital).
- Travel outside the Sevilla studio.
- Advanced retouching involving body manipulation or complex background changes.
- Delivery of original RAW files.
Pricing and VAT Breakdown
Our rates are transparent and comply with Spanish tax regulations. The final price indicated includes Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%. For professional clients or companies requiring a deductible invoice, we provide the breakdown of the base price plus the corresponding tax.
The cost of the session is established according to the chosen package, regardless of the number of shots taken, focusing on the quality of the final results and the technical team's dedication.

We understand that childhood emergencies are common. We allow the rescheduling of the appointment at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 3 days in advance, according to our business rules.
Is it mandatory for children to be accompanied?
Yes, for security reasons and child protection policy, any children's session must be conducted in the presence of a parent, mother, or responsible legal guardian.
How are payment and booking handled?
To confirm the appointment, we request a deposit of 30% of the total session value. The remaining amount is settled on the day of the session or according to the agreement established for B2B clients.
