Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Subject and Scope

This document regulates the provision of photographic services and studio rental by Asterniva S.L., located at Calle San Fernando, 42, 41004 Sevilla, managed by Javier Ramos López with a share capital of 10,000 €. These terms apply to all clients, both individuals and legal entities, who contract the services described on the website asterniva.digital.

2. Booking and Contracting Process

Service requests are formalized via the contact form or email ([email protected]). A booking is not considered confirmed until the client has paid the corresponding deposit. For children's sessions, it is a mandatory requirement that the minor be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire stay in the studio.

3. Rates, Taxes, and Payments

All prices published on the website include 21% VAT in accordance with Spanish regulations. To guarantee the availability of the date and equipment, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

For B2B clients (companies), the payment term for remaining invoices shall be 15 calendar days after the issuance of the final invoice. Any delay in payment may lead to the suspension of the delivery of final files.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen events occur. The client may reschedule their session at no additional cost provided they notify the change at least 3 days in advance. If notice is given within a shorter period, Asterniva S.L. reserves the right to retain the 30% deposit as compensation for the blocked studio time.

5. Delivery, Retouching, and Storage

The delivery period for final photographs is 10 business days after the selection of images by the client. Each session includes the retouching of 5 selected photographs; any additional retouching will be quoted separately.

Asterniva S.L. will keep RAW files for a period of 6 months. After this time, original files will be permanently deleted to comply with the storage and privacy policy detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

In accordance with Spanish intellectual property law, moral and copyrights belong exclusively to the photographer of Asterniva S.L. The client receives a license for personal and non-commercial use of the delivered photographs.

For commercial use of the images or publication in mass media, a specific agreement is required. The publication of images of people requires the explicit consent of the subject, especially in the case of minors, pursuant to the GDPR and LOPDGDD.

7. Liability and Limitations

Asterniva S.L. is not responsible for the loss of personal items during the stay in the studio. Furthermore, the client is responsible for the correct preparation and packaging of products sent for catalog photography, as per the guidelines in the shipping guide.

Photographs shown on the website are illustrative and serve as a reference for style and quality; they do not constitute a guarantee of an identical result in every session.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, including the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007) and the LSSI-CE. For any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Sevilla.
