Each person photographed receives their images in high-resolution JPEG format for printing and an optimized version in size and weight for website use, preventing slow page load times. Photographs are delivered within 10 business days following the final selection of shots.

Delivery Times and Management

Our workflow is designed to be efficient and predictable. Once the session is complete, the client has a designated period to select the images they wish to have processed. After selection, the post-production team begins the retouching process.

The standard delivery time is 10 business days. For large team projects, we coordinate the delivery schedule so the entire company receives their photos simultaneously. Original RAW files are maintained on our servers for 6 months.

What is NOT included in the service

To maintain transparency in our quotes, we clarify the points that are not part of the standard rate:

• Professional makeup or styling at the studio (clients must arrive prepared).
• Travel outside the Sevilla studio (these are quoted separately).
• Delivery of RAW files (only processed JPEG files are delivered).

Pricing Structure and Taxation

Our prices are presented in a broken-down format to facilitate accounting for our B2B clients. All rates include the 21% VAT applicable in Spain. For companies, we issue a corresponding invoice detailing the taxable base and the tax.

The cost varies depending on whether it is an individual session or a volume of people for a team. For teams, we apply a reduced rate per person after the first unit, optimizing the lighting setup time.
