The final result — the photographs and videos — is the absolute property of the client, as Asterniva acts solely as the provider of the technical environment.
The client leaves with the satisfaction of having worked in a professional environment that guarantees the technical quality of the capture. Upon completion, the client is responsible for removing all their materials and leaving the space in the condition it was received, ensuring the sustainability of the service for future users.
Deadlines and time management
The reservation is formalized through a 30% deposit. For any date modification, the client must notify us at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, the deposit may be non-refundable according to our Terms of Service. Session time is computed in natural hours.
If the session extends beyond the agreed hour, an additional charge per hour fraction will apply, subject to the studio's availability for the next booking. We always recommend adding a 30-minute margin at the end of the session for a relaxed equipment teardown.
What is NOT included in the rental
It is important to clarify that the basic studio rental does not include the services of a photographer or subsequent image editing. We do not provide makeup, hair, or styling services, although the dressing room space is fully equipped for external professionals in these fields to perform their work.
Deep cleaning of the cyclorama is also not included if it has been painted or stained with permanent pigments during the session; in such cases, a background restoration surcharge will apply. The rental of specific decorative accessories or complex props must be consulted in advance and may incur an additional cost.
Price breakdown and VAT application
