Product Preparation

To optimize studio time and guarantee maximum quality, it is fundamental that products arrive in optimal condition. High-resolution photography reveals every imperfection, which is why we recommend a thorough cleaning prior to shipping.

It is advisable that each item comes identified and, if there are color or model variations, that they are clearly marked. For delicate products or those with highly reflective surfaces, we recommend using gloves to avoid fingerprints during unpacking. What the Client Receives

Upon completion of the project, you will receive a package of files optimized for immediate use. Our delivery workflow includes:

• High-resolution JPEG images for printing and catalogs.
• Optimized versions in weight and size for fast loading on web and social media.
• Precise background removal ("cut-out" style) for integration into any design.
• Color correction to ensure the product tone is realistic.
• Access to a private online gallery during the delivery period.
• Retouching of minor surface imperfections (dust, small scratches).

Delivery Times and Management

Efficiency is key in e-commerce. Once the capture session and selection process are finished, the delivery time for the final images is 10 working days. This timeframe allows the post-production team, led by Sergio Marín Molina, to apply the necessary quality standards to every frame.

If you require urgent delivery, please discuss this during the quoting phase, as the volume of retouching can vary depending on the complexity of the material. Please remember that original RAW files are kept on our secure server for a period of 6 months after the final delivery.

Pricing and VAT Considerations

Our prices are calculated based on the complexity of the product and the volume of captures. For individual clients, the prices shown include the 21% VAT currently in force in Spain. For B2B clients (companies), we issue an invoice detailing the taxable base and the corresponding tax.

It is important to note that the final price may vary if the product requires special treatment (such as the use of liquid surfaces, artificial ice, or complex assemblies). All our rates are subject to our terms of service, including the 30% deposit policy to reserve the studio date.

What is NOT included in the service

To avoid misunderstandings, we clarify the limits of our product photography service:

• Models: This is an object photography service; if you require hands or models, this will be quoted as an additional session.
• Graphic Design: We do not design the website or layout the catalog; we only provide the images.
• Return Logistics: The cost of shipping products to the studio and their subsequent return is the responsibility of the client.
• RAWs: The delivery of RAW files is not included by default and requires a specific agreement.

The Basic Catalog is ideal for small orders of a few items. The E-commerce Pack offers a reduced per-unit rate when 10 or more products are photographed in a single session, optimizing the costs of lighting setup.

Yes, we perform professional product clipping to deliver files in PNG format with a transparent background or JPEG on a pure white background, depending on the needs of your web platform.

How do I send my products to the studio in Sevilla?

What happens if the product has very strong reflections?
